Overview The Second People's Hospital of Foshan is the only civilian hospital in Foshan city. On a mission to build the best hospital in mainland China, the hospital is doing so with a end-to-end pilot deployment of Intel architecture-based solutions. However the IT infrastructure of an integrated digital hospital often comprises of a massive number of IT assets, and keeping track as well as managing these assets is no simple task. Turning its attention to Intel vPro technology, the Second People's Hospital of Foshan sought to take advantage of its integrated remote managing capabilities to oversee, maintain, secure and upgrade the hospital's growing IT landscape. Intel vPro technology allowed the hospital to discover and inventory its vast IT assets efficiently and accurately.
