With Intel vPro technology, South Africa's leading network and desktop outsourcing company expects to perform more effective asset tracking on behalf of its clients and eliminate costly manual inventories. Greater visibility will improve the remote management of desktops, enabling GijimaAst to achieve greater saturation of software updates and critical patches in a shorter period of time. In addition, the outsourcer expects to reduce the number of costly desk-side visits it must make to resolve computer problems.
