BT Discovers Intel vPro Advanced Remote Management
Overview BT is one of the world's leading providers of communications solutions serving customers in Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific. Over the years, BT has developed sophisticated systems and processes to ensure its PC fleet is managed well and that user satisfaction levels are high. However, many of these systems are dependent on software clients being installed on PCs. BT was keen to evaluate Intel vPro technology which has many of these critical capabilities built into the hardware. BT conducted extensive tests to evaluate Intel vPro technology at its Network Integrity Centre in London, UK. Following the evaluation tests, BT can see the advantages of a fleet of Intel vPro technology-enabled PCs.
