Four Years of Quality and Consistency: A FaxPress Case Study
Overview RGB Systems, a value-added reseller providing software and PC hardware, as well as service and consulting for small and medium sized organizations in the greater Toronto area, has had four successful years of experience with Castelle and the FaxPress network fax servers. The office wanted to reduce paper flow, make sure every staff member could access every incoming fax promptly after receipt, allow offsite employees to view faxes, and provide centralized storage to back up and archive all faxes and incoming emails. RGB installed a high-end Acer Altos server with Linux Network OS and moved all file and printer sharing to the new server through the installation and proper configuration of Samba.
