Hella Reduces IT Costs and Installs SAP Capacity on Demand With FlexFrame

Overview Hella is one of the world's leading suppliers of parts and components for the automotive industry, employing 22,500 people worldwide at 58 manufacturing facilities. The objective at Hella is to market its products and services much faster in the future. A key prerequisite toward reaching this goal was fast and reliable user access to the corporate SAP R/3 applications. In addition, the company hoped to reduce costs by fully exploiting its enterprise applications and by avoiding overlapping IT developments. The solution to this was achieved by creating a system landscape that would allow for quick adjustments to rapidly changing market conditions and reduce overall IT operating costs as a way to improve enterprise cost structures.
