Avaya Case Study: World Access Service Corp.

Overview World Access Service Corp., a member of the Mondial Assistance Group (and part of the Allianz Insurance Group), is a global services company providing insurance and assistance services to travel, health care, financial, and corporate clients. World Access identified business needs that a new system should address. The company wanted a clear but controlled migration to IP Telephony, in order to take advantage of potential cost savings, improvements in productivity and increased customer service. The ability to connect its remote centers to headquarters was also key, in order to facilitate ongoing corporate growth. World Access chose an Avaya IP Telephony Solution with an Avaya Contact Center Solution powered by the Avaya S8700 Media Server running Avaya Communications Manager.
