Overview The University College of Engineering and Technology Malaysia (KUKTEM) was established in 2001 to provide education and training in leading edge technologies for the growing knowledge economy. It demonstrated its commitment to building a high performance IT and communications infrastructure recently with the completion of a 10 Gigabit Ethernet (GE) network based on Avaya solutions, making it the first fully converged university in Southeast Asia.
