Overview A large multi-national pharmaceutical company has over 100,000 employees worldwide. Of these, over 40,000 are in sales and marketing. The company wanted to streamline the password reset process and support company goal of employee empowerment. The pharmaceutical company realized that it needed a simple and cost- effective way for the help desk worker to reset the password - while the request was being made - to have access restored immediately. As a solution the company deployed Avaya Mailbox Manager and Unimax 2nd Nature.
