This service, known as Netcare 911, was keen to improve their system by automating data capture and enhancing data integrity. Netcare 911 decided to consolidate all communications onto a single device in each vehicle to create a mobile point of care. Netcare 911 launched a pioneering mobile healthcare solution by introducing Panasonic Toughbook CF18 laptops powered by Intel Centrino Duo processors to 20 emergency response vehicles.
