Avaya Case Study: LeMaitre Vascular
Overview Largely owned by vascular surgeons, LeMaitre Vascular strives to continue the work of its founder, George D. LeMaitre, MD. The company needed to network its locations together in order to increase availability of staff while they were travelling, incorporate home office workstations into the company network for some staff members, and finally, they needed to minimize connection costs for Internet and telephone usage. As a solution LeMaitre chose an Avaya IP Office Solution to create a converged network among its offices. The solution allows LeMaitre to integrate mobile and home-based staff into the corporate network, increasing their accessibility regardless of their location.
