Avaya Case Study: Banco Santander Chile
Overview Banco Santander Chile (BSC), a part of the Santander Group, is the largest bank in Chile. Banco Santander is committed to offering personalized and excellent attention to its clients. The company is constantly looking for ways to improve and leverage their high levels of service to grow their leadership in the market. BSC decided to replace its existing Ericsson solution with Avaya Communication Manager running on an Avaya S8700 Media Server across three sites. The Avaya S8700 Media Server supports BCS's 400-agent contact center. All of these agents are at one site and are using Avaya CallMaster telephones.
