Overview Founded in 2004, Capricorn Technologies is a commercial outgrowth of the Internet Archive a non-profit organization founded by industry luminary Brewster Kahle with the lofty goal of universal access to all human knowledge. After building its first few terabyte systems, the Internet Archive team came to a stunning realization: Not only did the invention solve the non-profit organization's needs, but there were numerous, varied opportunities for commercial applications as well.
