Overview The number-one priority for Quicken Loans/ Rock Financial is to deliver an unsurpassed level of client service - and the company believes that great client service requires great communication. "The Mortgage Experts" were using a variety of systems to achieve this goal, but the existing tools did not provide the level of follow-up efficiency or communication capabilities that it desired. To this end, the company's mortgage bankers wanted a system that would support proactive client communication and provide one, secure, centralized database for client information. Using the Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 development system, in less than six months, one developer and one business analyst at Quicken Loans/Rock Financial developed a contact and resource information solution, titled CARI.
