Overview As part of its ongoing effort to improve customer service, residential painting company College Pro Painters was looking for a better way to make sure its database records were accurate and consistent. With data entry done not only by the call center staff, but by North American franchisees over the Web, traditional client/server solutions were not suitable. Using Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2002, Envision was able to quickly and easily integrate the product into College Pro's system.
