Overview
With enterprise SOA implementations on the rise, and many businesses seeing the Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) as the primary entry point for establishing SOA, the ESB market is booming. In its recent report, "The Forrester Wave: Enterprise Service Bus, Q4 2005," Forrester found that Oracle leads all other vendors in the Comprehensive ESB suite category. "Oracle was the overall leader in the Comprehensive ESB Suite category primarily due to its strong support for connectivity protocols and lower price," say Forrester analysts. "The vendor has moved very aggressively in the past three years to carve out a leadership position in the integration market."
