Asynchronous Linking in a Service-Oriented Architecture

Overview This paper identifies research issues in the development of system infrastructure support for asynchronous linkservices in a service-oriented architecture. The paper explores the suitability and applicability of using MQSeries Everyplace to provide a messaging backbone for linkservices that increases reliability, fault tolerance, and scalability. The authors identify and discuss some problems and research issues related to this approach.
