Jennie Stuart Medical Center Selects Trend Micro Antivirus for Lotus Notes and for Client PCs

Overview The Director of Information Systems at the Jennie Stuart Medical Center began his Internet search for antivirus software expecting that he might have to settle for a decentralized difficult-to-use solution. The medical center's modest-sized computing environment comprises one AS/400, six AIX servers running Lotus Notes, two NT servers, five NetWare servers (two of which will be superceded by new NT servers), in addition to 250 new PCs that replaced dumb terminals. The director then found that Trend Micro's powerful Trend Virus Control System (Trend VCS) not only provides a single console that, through a central server, deploys and manages all OfficeScan Corporate Edition client virus protection - but also manages Trend Micro ScanMail for Lotus Notes.
