Insurance House Saves $1 Million by Using CA Clarity to Manage Its Portfolio of IT Projects

Overview Insurance House, based in Marietta, GA, is a $110 million insurance operation serving independent retail agents throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic United States. To achieve its ease of use business objective for its network of agents, in 2003, Insurance House sought to do a significant "Technology refresh." For starters, the company had to put its own IT house in order before it could simplify the work of its customers. Though Insurance House had a Project Management Office (PMO) in place for a number of years, it was not able to efficiently measure the effectiveness of its technology expenditure. Insurance House selected CA Clarity solutions to help track and manage all its IT projects as part of a portfolio.
