Overview Denmark's largest bank, Danske Bank, wanted a new, standardised client platform for its two recently acquired banks, Northern Bank and Northern Irish Bank. It was essential to minimise disruption to customers and staff during this two-day transition across 200 branches. Danske Bank selected HP Services to work with its internal support team to collectively manage and deliver the 200-branch implementation with the assistance of IBM for their equipment, and for subsequent maintenance and support of their solutions.
