Overview This paper describes the installation and testing of Veritas Storage Foundation for Oracle 9i RAC and IBM DB2 Universal Database V8 on AIX 5L, running on IBM eServer pSeries. It describes a high availability solution implemented for demonstration purposes at the IBM Benchmark Center in Montpellier, France. The paper describes a Proof of Concept (PoC) performed in 2004 by IBM and Veritas at the Montpellier Benchmark Center.
