Overview Farmers Mutual Hail Insurance Company of Iowa (FMH) has provided insurance policies for Midwest farmers and their families since 1893. They wanted to provide a more efficient, simplified process to grant policy holders and insurance agents secure access to policy information and also reduce time and operational costs associated with manual transactions. FMH tackled this by implementing an Oracle Fusion Middleware-based online portal to allow qualified users immediate access to policy information. The company integrated previously disparate workflows into a single, visible, and easily-extensible business process.
