Create a Web Page From a Word Document

Overview Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 provides a variety of tools to help a user create Web pages quickly and easily by using the browser. At times, however, the user wants to create Web pages from documents that already exist, or he wants to use other software to create pages that he can post to his site collection. In Office SharePoint Server 2007, the process of creating a page by using a word-processing program, such as Microsoft Office Word 2007, is called rich-client authoring.
