Overview MTG Management Consultants, L.L.C., provides consulting services to government organizations in the United Nations and Canada. It has a distributed staff that works frequently from client locations and has irregular access to the MTG network. MTG previously used e-mail to coordinate projects, but that method was inefficient. The firm also spent a considerable amount on travel by sending staff to meet with clients in person. To streamline inefficiencies and reduce costs, MTG deployed Groove Virtual Office, now part of the Microsoft Office System. The solution has helped MTG reduce the cost of coordinating projects by providing a single location for project information that can be accessed online and offline.
