Overview To effectively serve its global client base, the consulting firm InSource Partners has a distributed, mobile work force of 100 consultants located in the United States and other countries. The consultants perform their daily tasks and collaborate with each other in virtual work environments, often with limited or no network access. Previously, the company used a Web-based solution that required excessive uploading and downloading of files and made security policies difficult to enforce. To address these challenges, InSource Partners implemented Groove software, now part of the Microsoft Office System. Workers can now share client information securely and access key company documents easily.
