Overview Located in France, ABC Systemes et Formation is a small technology company that provides IT consulting, software solutions, and computer and software sales to a range of businesses. Many of the company's 50 employees work out of the office, using mobile devices to send and receive e-mail messages and update customer business documents. The organization decided it needed to offer these workers a new messaging solution that would increase their productivity while giving them fast, reliable access to important information. In August 2006, the company deployed a prerelease version of Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 with integrated unified messaging features. Employees now have better mobile access and are saving time while experiencing increased productivity.
