Foundation Enhances Safety With New Records Management Solution
Overview Eagleville Foundation provides comprehensive services for addiction, co-occurring disorders, and other behavioral health problems through Eagleville Hospital and its outpatient affiliate, Riverside Care. The foundation needs to streamline its reporting procedure for hazardous events that occur to patients or staff. Working with Microsoft Gold Certified Partner Proactive Performance Solutions, Inc., Eagleville Foundation will implement a document records management solution based on the 2007 Microsoft Office system. Using the Microsoft Office InfoPath 2007 information-gathering program, a Web-based Event Report Form will be made available to employees from an internal Web site. With a standard Web browser, staff will access and complete the form and sign it digitally.
