Overview Bow.it is an Italian online retailer specialising in computer hardware and software. The company completes around 3,500 orders each month and generates an annual turnover of ?15 million. It receives many thousands of e-mails from its customers containing product or order queries. To improve customer service, the company required a solution that would let it search these e-mails rapidly, while improving security across the group. Bow.it's pursuit of increased efficiency led to its decision to take part in the early adoption programme for the Windows Vista operating system. They also installed the beta version of the 2007 Microsoft Office system once it was released publicly.
