Centrum voor Werk en Inkomen Improves Job Matching by 60%

Overview CWI, or the Centrum voor Werk en Inkomen (the Center for Work and Income), is the Netherlands' gatekeeper to social services and a trusted advisor for people seeking employment. CWI wanted to eliminate legacy Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, which was not scalable and expensive to maintain. The challenge was to replace manual processes that slowed customer service, including postal delivery of customer information between partner organizations. CWI implemented a package of Oracle's Siebel CRM applications to provide single source, multichannel access to data and workflow capability internally and with partners and lowered total cost of ownership through flexibility and potential for integration and expansion.
