Managed Services Provider Increases Recurring Sales Revenue 57 Percent

Overview Invision is a provider of E-Business and managed services solutions. Using off-the-shelf software (Goldmine) for its Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Invision was having difficulty gaining insight into existing and potential customers. Company leaders felt that they were losing valuable sales by not tracking and following up on leads and opportunities. Invision deployed Microsoft CRM 1.2, and sales increased considerably in just six months - a trend that is likely to continue now that employees have a tool that helps them gain insight into customers and purchases. With a single application to track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales, Invision's recurring sales increased 57 percent and one-time sales increased 33 percent.
