Overview When a leading provider of trading technology solutions to the foreign exchange trading community sought a new management platform to enable a new level of capabilities and reduced cost required for the next generation of service providing, it turned to Seamless Technologies for help. Seamless Technologies wanted to provide a highly integrated solution to help support the move from DECNet to TCP/IP environment, and the addition of revenue applications, which required a replacement of the existing monitoring solution to better support the new environment and ensure availability. To resolve its customer's challenges, Seamless Technologies immediately turned to BMC for products that surpassed the competing vendors.
