Overview Founded in 1999, HearingPlanet links patients with hearing-care providers and resources through its Web site and sales staff. By 2003, rapid growth strained the company's ability to serve its patients. Multiple applications, manual order processing, and a lack of integration between key business systems made it difficult to track orders and manage data. Then, in early 2004, HearingPlanet deployed Microsoft CRM (now part of Microsoft Dynamic) and integrated it with Microsoft Business Solutions - Great Plains (now part of Microsoft Dynamics) and software from third-party vendors.
