Overview Protech Associates, an Independent Software Vendor (ISV), provides software for associations to help them manage their membership and activities. When its customers asked the ISV for software that was easier to use, customize, and upgrade, Protech Associates created Protech CRM for Members. The company built the product to integrate tightly with Microsoft CRM. By using the Microsoft CRM Software Development Kit (SDK) and the Microsoft .NET Framework, Protech extended Microsoft CRM (now part of Microsoft Dynamics) with features relevant to associations. Protech CRM for Members provides associations with integrated member management, financial management, e-commerce, and office productivity tools.
