Leading ISV Enhances Technology Capabilities and Ease of Use for Midsize Companies

Overview Epicor Software is a leading developer of ERP, CRM, and SCM applications for midsize companies. It is continuously testing new technologies to increase ease of use and minimize the cost of ownership for its applications. By participating in early adopter programs for Microsoft Visual Studio 2005, the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0, and SQL Server 2005, Epicor identified several new features in the Microsoft software that its own applications could immediately benefit from. Using Visual Studio 2005, Epicor is moving Clientele CRM.NET, Vantage, and Epicor for Enterprise Services applications to the .NET Framework 2.0 and then will port them to SQL Server 2005.
