Midea Group Streamlines Manufacturing Workflows

Overview The Environmental Electrical Appliances division of Midea Group is responsible for research and development, manufacturing, sales, and service for various ventilation and environmental treatment products. The division wanted to improve collaboration between manufacturing facilities while allowing them to continue operating independently. The challenge was to standardize and streamline manufacturing processes and ensure the efficient and timely delivery of information from production centers. The company engaged Oracle Partner SIE Consulting to implement a new business management platform developed on a range of Oracle E-Business Suite applications.
