A New Pricing Model for Next Generation Spectrum Access

Overview This paper briefly reviews several concepts that are central to the design of spectrum management algorithms emphasizing on pricing. These include FCC auctions, single-unit auctions, and peak-load pricing. Based on these concepts and models, the paper proposes a new pricing spectrum's pricing model for the Coordinated Access Band (CAB) operated by the spectrum broker for homogeneous CDMA networks.
