Windows Vista Makes Backup and Recovery Simple

Overview Does a person store valuable personal data on his computer? Is it vital to his home or office that his computer is always in good working order? Has he ever deleted an important document before he had a chance to back it up? If he answered "Yes" to any of these questions, then he has a need to back up his system and data files regularly. But Windows Backup is limited in what it can do and System Restore can only recover a limited number of file types. Neither Windows Backup nor System Restore is much help if the person deletes a file before he has a chance to back it up. This paper explains backup and restore improvements in Windows Vista.
