An Overview of Windows Presentation Foundation

Overview There are several new acronyms that are usually associated with Windows Vista (codenamed Longhorn). These acronyms include WinFX, WinFS, WCF (Windows Communication Foundation; codenamed Indigo), and WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation; codenamed Avalon).
