Optimizing Your CDMA Network With Spatial Performance Visualization (SPV)

Overview As competition in the wireless markets escalates, customers are demanding increased quality of service at competitive prices. Wireless service providers need to find better ways to manage their increasingly complex networks in order to deliver convergent services while being more responsive to customer demands and more targeted regarding capital investment. Recent developments in Per Call Measurement Data (PCMD) provided by network equipment providers and geo-location analysis in CDMA networks offer a path from network-centric to customer-centric network management. For the first time, operators now can have an unobtrusive view of customer behavior and end-user performance due to the availability of a new tool: Spatial Performance Visualization (SPV).
