Overview BDO Chartered Accountants & Advisers offers accounting and other services throughout Australia. The company stores project details in a database so that employees can reuse this information when working with new customers. However, the information was difficult to access, especially for mobile employees. Also, BDO used a variety of scheduling, document publishing, and calendaring systems that were outdated and had little integration. To address both of these problems, BDO and Microsoft Gold Certified Partner Ensyst implemented a pilot project to test an integrated solution including Microsoft Exchange Server 2007, Windows Vista, and products in the 2007 Microsoft Office system.
