Use Mail Merge to Format and Print Mailing Labels

Overview One can use mail merge to quickly format and print mailing labels in Microsoft Office Word 2003. If a person already has a file that contains the customers' names and addresses, he or she can connect that file to the label main document. When the work is finished, the document that contains the labels will remain connected to the data file. Although it takes a little extra time to set up an initial mail merge process, the next time the user prints labels it will be a snap.
