Overview Poste Italiane is the major postal services provider in Italy. Poste Italiane would like to implement a comprehensive document management solution that enables it to automate and simplify creation, review, and distribution processes. An ideal solution would provide the ability to track the history of documents, to restrict permissions on sensitive documents, to verify the authenticity of information, to assign expiration dates, and to archive documents. As a participant in the Microsoft Office Rapid Deployment Technology Adoption Program, Poste Italiane plans to deploy 2007 Microsoft Office system components and Microsoft Windows Workflow Foundation (WinWF) to gain comprehensive control over the creation and archiving of content.
