Microsoft Office Enterprise Project Management Solution a Key Component in Korean Airlines Plans for Expansion in the Global Marketplace
Overview From its beginning as Korea's first private airline in 1962, Korean AirLines (KAL) has grown into the world's largest air cargo carrier and the 13th largest airline. KAL requires a solution to help it improve management of cross-divisional projects and program reporting, avoid delays in project completion, and benefit from the ability to use knowledge and work experience gained on similar KAL projects.
