Egyptian ISP Is First to Offer New Collaboration Tools to Firms Through Hosted Communication Solution

Overview LINKdotNET, one of the largest Internet Service Providers (ISPs) in Egypt and the Middle East, wanted to offer corporate customers more services through its hosted communication and collaboration server solution. Microsoft Services recommended an upgrade from Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server to the Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 communication and collaboration server. The collaborative capabilities of the high-volume Exchange Server 2003 solution are part of the business value that it brings to ISPs and other high-volume customers. LINKdotNET is using the Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003 development system for offering new services to its corporate users including Microsoft Office Live Communications Server 2003 for real-time collaboration.
