Overview Washroom service company Sanity Group wanted an automated solution to manage its sales and service operations. During 2003 and 2004 it worked with Microsoft Certified Partner Foundation IT to select and implement an end-to-end solution based on Microsoft Business Solutions Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Microsoft Business Solutions - Great Plains (now part of Microsoft Dynamics), with a supporting infrastructure built on Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 communication and collaboration server, Microsoft Windows Server 2003, and Microsoft SQL Server 2000, the last three of which are part of Microsoft Windows Server System integrated server software.
