Overview Marico Limited wanted a solution to provide improvements in messaging and collaboration. Working with Microsoft Certified Partner Wipro, the company implemented a Microsoft environment. It used Microsoft Office SharePoint Portal Server 2003 and Microsoft Office Live Communications Server 2005 to improve communications and share knowledge across the company. Company executives also decided to implement SAP Enterprise Portal 6.0 (SAP EP6) to Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and Microsoft SQL Server 2000. Marico uses the collaborative software environment to improve customer service, reduce costs, and enable information sharing and increased productivity across the company's divisions and branches.
