Overview TeliaSonera is the largest telecommunications provider throughout the Nordic and Baltic regions. Because TeliaSonera projects involve internal teams and external partners and vendors, high volumes of business-related documents are created each year - from project plans and action items to issues lists and other project-related documentation. To help manage content companywide and provide TeliaSonera employees with collaborative workspace solutions, the company currently uses Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server 2003, which provides enterprise wide search capabilities and serves as the primary document repository. Additionally, many employees have come to rely on Microsoft Office Outlook to collaborate on document revisions sent as file attachments and stored on the e-mail server, Microsoft Exchange Server 2003.
