Overview In 2001, the bank Permanent TSB launched Online Consumer Banking, followed in 2005 by Online Business Banking. The system was developed by the Bank's own in-house IT department and operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It peaks each weekday morning when offices open for business and when consumer customers carry out their transactions.
