DVLA Drives Productivity Gains With BPM

Overview The DVLA manages and maintains records on over 70 million vehicles and drivers. While most of the 91 million forms and 50 million transactions processed each year by DVLA can be handled quickly, exceptions do occur when something falls outside the normal process framework. The exceptions relating to medical conditions are passed to the Drivers Medical Group (DMG), which recently completed the rollout of its CASP (Casework and Specialist Processes) project using Business Process Management to help streamline the handling of medical cases. This webcast discusses how the business process management solution has helped the organization almost double the number of cases actioned each day, while boosting customer service and lowering support and staff training costs.
