Open, Flexible, and Scalable Infrastructure for Leading Polish Bank

Overview At the turn of the century, BPH Bank was reliant upon fragmented and separate business applications. It needed to support its legacy infrastructure while making application development faster, easier, and less expensive. BEA WebLogic Platform 8.1 was deployed to create a secure and coherent system, which is platform independent. The highly scalable, robust, and flexible system also offers seamless application integration and multi-language capability. Multiple, tightly integrated critical applications are now connected within the Galaxy middleware system built as Service-Oriented Architecture, including the bank's Internet banking platform, corporate banking, call center, and an IVR interface.
