Start Your Mail Merge From Outlook

Overview Most people start their mail merges in Microsoft Word. But if the addresses to which a person is sending a merge document are in a Microsoft Outlook contact list, the better starting point may be Outlook. Outlook gives many other choices for selecting the contacts to merge with the document. Which one the person finds easiest depends on both the personal taste and how one uses Outlook.
